In line with the new data protection policy that comes into effect in 2018 this information is to let you know how your data is processed and stored.

I do not share your details with any third parties.

Carers hold your Registration Form which is only used for the appropriate care of your dog and the only time these would be shared is if we need to take your dog to the vet and would need to give details to the Veterinary staff.

Your telephone numbers and email addresses are stored on my secure computer.

Any photos taken of your pets are only shared on your carers and Pet Carers social media without your details or other identifying images. 

Testimonials are only shared on the Pet Carers website with your permission.

You have the right to ask me to destroy any of your data that I hold which I will do so within 24hrs of your request apart from any data that I am obliged to keep for a certain period of time by the relevant Local Authority and the HMRC.
