Terms and Conditions

1. On completion of the Pet Carers registration form it will be deemed the Client has accepted the Terms and Conditions of Pet Carers and accepts the information contained within the Registration Form.  Copy available on request and on website.

2. Bookings are not confirmed until the non-refundable or transferrable booking/insurance fee has been paid and bookings cancelled with less than one weeks notice will be charged at the full rate.

3. Any additional hours after the stated and agreed pick up times will be charged at the daily rate.  Payment to be made in full on collection of the boarding dog.

4. The Client will provide all necessary food and items to ensure the boarding dog is well provided for.  Should your dog require additional supplies these will be purchased and added to your bill.

5. All dogs must be vaccinated.  Please give your certificate to your carer when dropping your dog off.  Although we don’t require your dog/s to have the kennel cough vaccination we cannot take your dog if they are have this or any other infectious/contagious condition.

6. Please let your carer know when your dog was last treated for worms and fleas. Should there be evidence of external or internal parasites then treatment from a vet will be sought at owners cost.

7. The Client is responsible for all veterinary bills, however incurred, during your pets stay.  Whenever possible we will use your own vet but if not possible will use our allocated and registered vet.

8. Please note that you are responsible for any damage caused by your pet and will be charged for any damage done.

It is for this reason that we ask that you make your carer aware of anything relevant regarding your pet in order that the necessary precautions can be taken to avoid this. This will include professional carpet cleaning should your dog not be housetrained.

9. We reserve the right to make other suitable arrangements for the boarding of your dog(s) in an emergency.

10. Although we make every effort to ensure your pet is cared for with our usual high standards we cannot be liable for loss, injury or death.
